Originally Constructed: 1916
Original Owner: Dr. P. Phillips
Architect: Murray S. King, Florida’s first registered architect.
Style: 20th Century Commercial with Exotic Revival elements.
Modifications:
- A second floor was added after the use as a theatre ended.
- The front entrance on the corner of Orange and Pine was modified from a simple curved awning to a more substantial structure that created a balcony on the second floor.
- In 2006 the balcony was removed to resemble the original historical design of the building.

(1990’s-2004) The second floor housed various nightclubs including Jani Lane’s Sunset Strip, Rat Packs and BAR Orlando. The First floor was the home of the Orlando Visual Arts League (OVAL)
